Rated 2 out of 5 by from Issues with importing documents for stocks I have used turbo tax for many years. this last year was horrible with stocks. also had an issue pulling my w2 over. I pulled my 1099b from acorns, under the wash sales section it put $0 in, which is not an appropriate answer. It will also not accept anything less than $0.50 in that section. So I had to go through each one of the transactions to fix this issue. This should be something automatically done by this program, especially since I had to pay extra for this service, that really didn't save me any time. There was also an issue with it bringing over my w2. Box 12 was not filled out correctly. Luckily this was an easy fix. but overall this year I am disappointed. If this is not fixed by next year I will probably be switching services.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love it I have been using Turbo Tax for almost 10 years. I used to pay someone to file my taxes with turbo tax until I realized how easy it is to do it myself. Saved money and able to file my taxes safely without any problems. Thanks Turbo Tax

As a veteran, I continue to trust TurboTax to correctly assess my tax returns. Need a fast, responsible means to run your taxes? TuboTax is your way to go.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is worthless Unable to transmit my returns. Paid to have State return transmitted, but rejected due to AGI on Federal return. No help from help desk at Turbo Tax. The only response was, "mail tax return". Thanks for nothing!
