Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax did what I needed. I was able to discuss an issue and resolve it with an expert. She was great! She jumped on my computer and helped me to navigate where I needed to go.

One suggestion: Turbo does not provide an easy way after e-filing Federal to return to the State for mailing and one has to if you want to Direct Deposit refund. That needs to be fixed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from this year is the worst for turbo tax I had to buy 2 pckages of software and I should have gotten 10 federal e-filings not 5 and I also should have gotten 2 states not zero states and I had to buy a state. I had to paid $198.22 to get one product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax actually provides info I was going to use HR block because they were having a deal, but I didn’t have half the documents that TurboTax requested. TurboTax also explains the steps, where the numbers come from & what your inputting & why.
