Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is ok This was the first time filing my own taxes and I'm starting to regret using turbo tax I should have just stuck with my filing lady the federal keeps rejecting my tax because supposedly my date of birth is wrong I have confirmed like 3 times and it's still rejecting

They had to go another route to get our returns completed and ready for submission. Our tax professional, Susan, was a superstar, and the only reason it made the experience bearable. The Turbo Tax team is great, but the software needs some love.
