This program guides you with an easy process and when you don't understand a question, it has a section to explain in detail what this question means.

A lot of the process was automated, but there were instances where I had to manually put information in. I was a little taken back to see the fees stack up at the end to file one return. I could hand my files to a local CPA to complete everything for me for the same price if not cheaper. Overall, a great experience but do not plan on using for the future

Just enter W2 info and everything else is automatically filled in. A few simple clicks and your taxes are done...Thank you TurboTax
