Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Experience Could/Would not fix my issues. I did not and have never had an HSA, yet I spent 4 hours trying to figure out why TurboTax thought I did. They also do not offer help late in the night or early in the morning. When I needed help. Will most likely be using a different service or doing it by hand next year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Great... but After finishing my tax information entering and finally at the payment page, I found a discounted Turbo Tax discount through my Chase credit card. No matter how many times I followed the site, it never reflected the additional discount I should have received. I had already spent hours writing out my tax info, so I gave up and just paid full price... very annoying.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO OPTION FOR PRICING ONLY ADD ADD ADD UPGRADE LAST YEAR IT GAVE ME THE OPTION TO UPGRADE THIS YEAR IT WAS ALL THERE AND I COULDNT REMOVE IT. LAST YEAR I CHOSE THE MAX AND WHEN I TRIED TO CHAT WITH AN EXPERT IT WAS AN AUTOMATED OPERATOR AND IT DID NOT HELP SO THIS YEAR I DID NOT WANT TO UPGRADE. I JUST DID THEM BECAUSE I WANTED TO GET IT OVER WITH BUT ILL GO TO AN ACTUAL PERSON NEXT YEAR.
