Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stop charging people for NY state returns Title says it all. NYS only allows eFile and it's supposed to be free. Also, an additional $39 to take the other $39 you're already extorting from me from my return is just insulting. I should have done what I did last year (and next year) and filed with H&R Block.
