I tried to import financial details and not only did they not come over properly but then I had to manually click into about a dozen empty fields to be able to move on to the next screen. Very annoying. Also, the race mode is silly and childish. The price also seems to be getting higher for the same product each year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Year After Year, I Trust Turbotax This was the first year of using Turbo Tax that I had to talk to one of their agents. She was terrific. She helped to figure out the problem and fix it quickly. I've been using TurboTax for years and it only gets easier.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is ridiculous I shouldn’t have to pay an arm and a leg to file my taxes, I should have an option to pay it after, absolutely frustrating seeing I’m getting a certain amount of money for y’all to turn around and take almost $200 away from me. People are struggling really badly but y’all continue to take from those struggling, no wonder y’all are Under investigation
