Turbo Tax will import your investment, W2, and other forms, this makes it so easy and speed up the process. I am not a professional by no means and I always feel like I am missing something on the returns but with Turbo Tax checks and live help, I am at ease.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product There was some challenges this year, some how Estimated tax payments were not entered (maybe my fault.) When I went to fix it, it showed me owing the wrong amount of unpaid tax liability. I had to spend approximately 45 minutes on the phone while the customer service representative tried various fixes. None of her fixes worked. She then escalated the matter to her superior and we eventually corrected it.
