When I was overwhelmed with the questions and terminology, multiple state returns, and a job change, I contacted an agent and she was more than helpful! She eased my stress and helped me fix all of the things I had filled out incorrectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use i usually file with hrblock but this year they seemed to have a bunch of extra questions but they were pretty confusing with no good explanations or instructions. after trying and failing to get help i decided to try turbotax. it was super easy, explained everything and i was done in about an hour

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is better & better each year I have used Turbotax for 8 years and added the audit protection for the past 5 years. Each year the time to prepare and file is simpler and quicker. And the one time I needed the audit defense, I was glad because I wouldn't have known how to prove it was IRS fault. I make my kids use Turbotax.
