It was rocky at first and very disappointing, but my opinion was quickly changed after the level of service and care Jenee provided. Jenee made my experience with TurboTax more pleasant and she is the only reason I continued with preparing my taxes with TurboTax. The company needs to do better in their IT/software department. I scheduled an appointment with a tax expert and after being on the phone for well over an hour I was told that my return could not be completed due to IT issues. My tax expert, went above and beyond and offered to meet with me the next morning to prepare my return (on her birthday.) I really appreciate her customer service and time she took away for her day off the help me with my taxes. Shout out to Jenee for her tremendous work and answering all my questions and concerns about preparing my taxes. I would love to see if I can request Jenee again next year to prepare my taxes! She deserves a bonus for her service!!!!
