Rated 2 out of 5 by from Didnt like that i had to pay $118 for 1 xtra form Ive used turbo tax for the last 3 years and i enjoyed how easy and how free it was. This year i had to pay $118 because of a tax form i recieved from my health insurance. I just think $118 is too much

Rated 2 out of 5 by from UI has become worse with far more bugs than prior Far more bugs this time round. And the questions and overall path the user takes is very confusing and doesn't give near enough explanation or clarification on what is needed and why.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Will Never Use Any Other Service I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years. Never encountered a problem. When I was unclear of something, I called the service for an explanation and was totally impressed with the service received. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.
