My mom used to use TurboTax before I was even an adult; in the apartment complex we used to live in, there was a woman that would help her do her taxes every year until we moved out, and then my mom began doing her own. TurboTax has only improved through the years, and each year, it seems like it gets even easier. It's the only tax service I use, and as long as it remains free for simple returns, it's the only one I'll continue to use.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from It’s a little confusing I thought I had all of my taxes done, and TurboTax never gave me a notice saying that I needed to finish my state so now I’m behind on getting my taxes. Pretty frustrating.
