Rated 3 out of 5 by from Be Careful I wanted the option to pay the fee out of my tax refund and TurboTax wanted to charge twice for this service. SO BECAREFUL at the end just pay with the fee up front without paying double.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Fed Tx Return I get easily flustered with returns. Along the way I have to stop even with simple forms. Turbo Tax made it easy. I will say that I thought I had to have an expert at one point and stated in my feedback that I thought this was wrong. I was wrong because an agent was available immediately for call back. Cheryl walked me through what was needed with ease. She came on and screen shared and advised she could not see any entered information and I had to make all adjustments, she guided me and was kind and amazing. I would use you again anytime based upon the ease of use AND the great assistance over the phone! Thank You!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Comprehensive but not always the most helpful I have used TurboTax for many years, and it's always been updated to match changes in the tax code. I like that. In some years it has been proactive in asking "were you affected by a natural disaster?" but it didn't this time (the one year I was). I had to talk to one of the tax experts to figure out where that information was located and how to enter it because the system didn't prompt for it automatically along the way. An improvement would be to cross-reference your filing ZIP Code with declared disasters in the previous tax year and proactively ask if the filer was impacted by one or more of the disasters declared in the area.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I used Turbo Tax several years but this year is no I’m not at all happy it was difficult trying to get one package and y’all kept trying to make me take another one. They love advisors or tax people is no help to me. All they do is just send you questions and answers that don’t even match what you’re trying to find out so I don’t need it.
