Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not as easy to use as previous years This year I didn't feel in control of the process as much as I have in previous years. I felt like an idiot told to put in some numbers here or there. It didn't feel like I was a person doing my own tax returns, but some one at the mercy of a a machine. My wife and I have Identity Protection Numbers at no place were we asked for those numbers. I bought the protection package ($50) to cover what I fear is Turbo Tax error.
