Rated 4 out of 5 by from 10yrs with H&R Block and I've had better under sta Your forms (while good) are misleading due in part to IRS changes this year. We spent over two hours (even with your person-to-person) trying to find out why our Standard Deduction was not higher then $27,400. Your screen had us fill in the extra $300. But being unable to verify entries on 1040 your person's "research" proved it was accounted for in line 10b.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty Good, but... I had part of the return that were difficult. Form 8686, Non-deductible Traditional IRA. There was not good information, regarding basis. The help function didn't help. The Schedule F Farm is not good, very confusing, and again Help was useless. It was also difficult to get Turbo Tax on a disk.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is the best Turbo tax is the very best. They had my agi saved for me along with anything else I needed to file. Took only 30 mins. I was dreading doing my taxes but after turbo tax I might do all my friends taxes next year!!!

I normally love Turbo Tax but it cost another $40 to have them take it out of my refund. And they don't tell you that until it's too late and you can't change your method of payment.
