Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Live Experts was Great! Having the Turbo Tax Live Experts do my income tax was easy and way less stressful than doing the taxes myself. I was new to having social security income and did not know how to do my taxes this year. My Tax expert was very competent and asked for copies of my documents. After I provided the necessary documentation he went quickly to work, asking me questions along the way. Once completed another tax expert peer reviewed to ensure correctness. Next he reviewed everything and e- filed my taxes both federal and state. It was a great decision using the experts and I plan to do the same next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo is great with reservation Unlike the previous year, I experienced numerous problems with the website and it was network not local. Such as the site kept me logged on after logging off, even powering off my PC. A lot of spooling when when clicking link to advance to another page. These issues had little to do with either myself of the tax preparer. But all things considered, Turbotax remains my tax service.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbotax is great. Turbotax is great and easy. the only thing I dont like is that they advertise as being free but its not. Charge for filing your state taxes, and charge for taking the fees out of your taxes. its annoying.
