Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is great We have used TurboTax for our federal filings (we live in Florida so there is no state filing) for several years. It is very thorough, and it takes me almost a full day to prepare everything needed for the return (medical expenses, travel, etc.). My only complaint is that as I go through each section, enter my information and then complete a section, the program takes me to a full list of all sections that have been completed. So I have to page down to find the section that I just completed. It would be more helpful if that section's summary page would appear at the end of the section, before having to go through the full list of sections that have been completed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is so easy to use! The user interface is so easy to navigate, and the expert I spoke with, Zy S., was incredibly helpful and friendly. So much easier than booking an appointment somewhere and going to a brick and mortar location.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Headaches Maybe it's the nature of doing taxes, but checking and credit card info is entered over and over. The log in does not autofill (maybe it's my Mac system, but this happens only with Intuit). I still get bogged down in deep rabbit holes when downloaded forms only partially auto populate and the help section reverts back to general information. Overall it's still amazing that turbotax can figure out this stuff. I still hate it.
