Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2022 Tax Prep I wish to thank TT Agent for his patients and understanding of my particular situation. He was polite, thorough and genuinely cared about my concerns. Although he could not support me in finding a way to get a deduction through, I was gratified knowing exactly why I could not! He showed me other remedies that could reduce my taxable income next year, All round- Thanks so much for this service! It was worth the $169.- and then some.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Long Time User I have been using Turbo Tax for close to 10 years now. The form is fairly easy to fill out and if you are returning from a previous year most of your information is already inputted. All that's let to do is add in the numbers and other information that it may ask. I would suggest looking for information on the web first before asking for help on the Turbo Tax site. It can get pricey. This year when I asked for help, my assistant was virtually on my form with me and had me void out the information on one of the pages which I had to go back and put the information back. He still never answered my question. Then I had to pay for live assistance that was not helpful. Next time I will know better.
