Rated 3 out of 5 by from Love TurboTax but Hate the Idiot Treatment I use TurboTax every year but the "walk me throw" experience is incredibly painful. It doesn't remember any choices when I come into a situation a 2nd or 3rd time. I spent half of my time answering questions the same way I did before. They need to fix their software or add an option for people who know how to use a computer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I am back to stay!!! I abandoned Turbo Tax last year thinking I could do better. It ended up costing me $800 and not receiving my return until February of this year. This improved Turbo Tax is great and simple to use. Thank you for being there and taking me back.
