Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Works Great Liked everything about it including the step-by-step walkthrough of all data as well as ability to look at resultant IRS and worksheet forms. Only negative was that each time I wanted to go to the Intuit site to look up a Community question for an answer or pose one myself or even submit a suggested fix for a faulty form, it required 2-factor authentication. It never remembered my having been there before. Don't see why my Turbo Tax program could not authenticate my coming from a paid for program to use the help. I was going to volunteer to answer questions at the end (from the program), but decided not to because of the hassle of that requirement to do this too. Too bad, might have been able to help someone... Otherwise, I highly recommend.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from You set me up ... and not in a good way. I somehow ended up on TurboTax Live. I looked into removing it, and searches revealed I could remove the unneccesary expense clear up until I filed. That may be true, but by then you have to clear everything and start allllll over. That - was a cheap shot - and I feel like I got cheated out of a hundred bucks - because you knew full well I wouldn't want to start over. I'll know better next dance ... IF there is a next dance with you.
