Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Customer Service I was starting my returns and was surprised at the "estimated" refund that I was getting at first. A window popped up and asked how I felt about the information I was being given. Knee Jerk reaction I immediately selected dissatisfied and submitted. The next day I got a phone call from a Turbo Tax representative asking if there was anything they could do. I do not see this type of service anymore and if I do it is automated and doesn't feel very genuine. All went well and I would definitely recommend based on customer service alone. Good job Turbo Tax!

I depend on it every year and it never lets me down...and it's developers continue to excel in their designing excellence in improving their its performance and capabilities above and beyond with each passing year! Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but misleading $ I've used TurboTax my entire adult life, and it's very easy and convenient to use. I think anyone could use it. However, it always ends up being incredibly expensive in the end. If you have more than some W-2s to report, it forces you to upgrade your service ($$$) and then they charge to direct deposit. To me, it's worth it to not have to go to an accountant, but I know the one time we did go to a local accountant, it was cheaper to file.
