Rated 4 out of 5 by from Reliable and usually simple to use I've been using Turbotax for many years, and my tax situation is not simple. In the 2022 Turbotax Premier version, everything went smoothly except for entering foreign tax credit. Special instructions were confusing and complex. There also was a glitch that occurred in trying to enter the data. I could only solve the issue by deleting the relevant forms and entering the data into the forms manually.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Improvement I have used Turbo Tax for years and this year seems to be the worst time ever using the program. It is no longer user friendly and you cannot look at your tax forms while preparing your taxes. In addition, I was charged an additional $39.00 for the online program to just complete a second return for my daughter. I may be looking for another program next year or a professional tax service.
