Rated 5 out of 5 by from NEVER!...Will I consider another software/method! I've used TurboTax for YEARS, before there was an "online" anything! Their products have always been good, but Intuit changed the game when they made it possible to do your own taxes onlinen (saving $,) then get live expert help immediately - I can even pivot to having them totally do my taxes if I get caught in the weeds. I'm just an average 55+ person, not super intelligent, no accounting training other than prepping my own taxes. You CAN do this because the language in the software is simple, very clear and where there are terms that might be unfamiliar, you just click the little question mark button and BAM!. . .there's the clear explanation. SIMPLE, SIMPLE, SIMPLE! Once I receive all my tax forms, I can usually have 90% of the documents ready to file in an hour, then take time to confirm with an expert, review and file - total time, probably 90 minutes at most. Worth.Every.Penny.
