Rated 3 out of 5 by from Fees during Pandemic! Was only thinking it would be $40.00 to file. Nope. $40.00 for using TurboTax and $40.00 to file paying with refund! Next year I will be doing them the good old fashioned way...by hand, for free!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from misleading at times An appointment was scheduled for me along with a notice of time and date. I waited with my t. tax open. Never received a call. Later email said to open t. tax for a message but no message found.
