Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good. Live Expert Charles was awesome. This year I experienced issues with TurboTax online. I imported my W2s, Investment accounts statements, and they got wiped out and not visible to me next time when I logged in. I am sure others would have experienced the same. This is the reason I had to opt for Turbo Tax expert to file my taxes. Although I had issue with filing myself, Charles was awesome, I am glad he helped me file my returns
