Rated 5 out of 5 by from I love Turbo Tax! I thought that I would have to hire an accountant this year because I had a more complicated tax situation, with two state tax returns and a house sale. However, I tried out the software and found that all relevant questions were asked; I was guided though the process with very little trouble. I did have a problem at the end and had to call on your customer service. I spoke with Marcel - he was an enormous help and walked me through the problem I encountered, staying with me until I hit the file button. I am so pleased with your service.
