My husband was out of town on April 14th and wouldn't be home to finish. I thought I'd get it started and file an extension. Three hours later and the returns were done and filed on time. Very easy. I have done them every year since.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy---Breezy The product software made it super easy. Last year was my first year using it. It automatically uploaded information from it and made the changes effortless.... I had a few questions and live expert got on the phone with me and assisted. I felt completely empowered while doing my returns. It was one of the most wonderful feelings I have had in a long time since the pandemic.

I have spoken to several of your agents and they were all helpful but there was one who stands out because she was the one who got me through a really complicated issue. Her name is Tracy unfortunately I did not get her last name but if I could I would buy her 2 dozen roses and dinner at a restaurant of her choosing with her fiancee. She has drive, determination, and the ability to see things others don't. What a great lady. I won't bore you with flashy accolades just suffice it to say you have one heck of an employee there. She saved me from hours of frustration and we had a laugh or two also. I love people who I can talk to, try to make their day a little better and I felt I succeeded with Tracy. Words at times cannot covey the message you want to send but the only thing that means the most are "thank you". Thanks Tracy, you are an angel to me.
