Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay My state was rejected and turbo tax says here fix it, but when I try to click the button to fix it, it doesn’t allow me it only allows me to resubmit. And why would I resubmit something that wasn’t even changed?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax User friendly I’ve been doing my taxes via Turbo Tax for quite a number of years. I’m now 77 years old and had a bit of problem with my 1099-R. Katherine came to my rescue. Not only was she knowledgeable, but she was very patient. She went above and beyond to make me feel very confident instead of intimidated. Beth from Ohio was also very helping in explaining how TurboTax calculated my return. My interaction with each the reps made me feel like a very valued customer.

My taxes have been rejected 3 times now, because of the 1095-a area for health insurance. i click no every time, then go back to check, and it changes it back to yes, so then i get rejected again. this is a glitch that has taken me 4 hours to try and fix. it took me 45 min. to get into and file initially. it just kept going to a blank page. i dont think i should be charged for this much headache for something that should take 30 minutes
