Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is fairly easy. What I don't like is when I type a question a list of "possible" answers pops up, none of which ever answer the question asked. I thought live support meant someone would answer the question posed.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buggy in the 1099 sections Ended up having to pay for 'LIVE' because both the crypto and the stock data created errors that required assistance. Not the best experience. So, paid double the cost because of bugs that should have been found.
