Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax still my favorite, but needs some work This is probably my 10th year using TurboTax -- originally the desktop method and for the last 6 or so, the online version. It is still my go to solution for taxes. But, this year there were details that weren't filled in that I had to fix without much explanation and at one point a glitch that forced me in a circle unable to get past until I logged out and back in. Nonetheless, it is still 100 times easier than doing it on paper, and greatly increases my confidence that I've done it right. The download of statements from my financial institution was flawless.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Everything except the $40 for processing premier.. It was all good except you should highlight that *THIS OPTION WILL COST 40, YES "USD40" more to process*. It is so easy to miss. I went ahead with the option and then came back to change it.

Turbo Tax really went the full nine yards to get me every last bit of tax return money I was owed. I appreciate this service immensely and will continue to recommend it to my friends and family.
