Rated 4 out of 5 by from Retirement return very confusing in places Questions that have to be answered, such as "annuity starting cost", etc. I haven't the fogiest idea about that, since it was all handled by the OPM. Other questions that I have no idea how to answer, but required for the return. Other than that, I like Turbo Tax Online.
