Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo tax live service needs improvement! I used the Live Turbo Tax adviser service twice and had bad experiences with both. The first did not know the answer to my question and took 20 minutes to research it while I was waiting for her to return and when I hung up she forwarded an email stating my issue was resolved. When actually I eventually resolved the issue myself by resetting my page and completing the AI computer suggestions. The second, time I asked for assistance, the operator lost connection and never called back to finish assisting me. Again, I had to find the solutions on my own. The turbo tax AI technology is excellent but the tax advisors need additional training on how to effectively use the software.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from This is the last year of my using TurboTax.. Filing standardized return and Program kept freezing. Spent more than 2-hours just to file online. Copied everything from w-2 yet program went in an unstoppable loop. Very frustrating, more no way to reach out company.
