Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made a customer for life I've avoided doing my own taxes for years thinking our tax situations were too, complicated to navigate on my own. First off, I was wrong to think I was on my own. The LIVE assistant was a huge help. Multiple Times! Secondly, the program walks you through each step and felt extremely thorough. Through the process I also learned more about my tax situations and how I can try to manage them even better through the year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Did the hard part for me! I've been using Turbo tax for many years, but this 2022 return was daunting for me because I had new investments to deal with. Turbo tax did most of the work so I didn't need to search through my investment tax docs to find the correct numbers. Once that was completed, the rest was a breeze.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Good I would like to see the Home Office thing cleaned up. It is too confusing to remember which items I am entering as full amounts, and which I am entering pro-rata. It would be better to have the user (me) enter all the figures in their full amount along the left column of a mini spreadsheet, and the app break those amounts out in columns B (House) and C (Office). You guys have done some amazing stuff with this thing, and that should be a piece of cake.
