Rated 5 out of 5 by from Incredible Experience Although I could have processed my taxes fine with self-service, I wanted a tax expert to do my filing for me as this year was more complicated than the year before. My experience was amazing and they were able to get it done virtually and conveniently within less than an hour!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Expert help is mediocre I like TurboTax but both times I needed a tax expert, I didn't receive the help I needed. The "experts" seemed to just look items up in an FAQ list. Next time I will just skip the expert advice.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax comes through everytime TurboTax is easy to use (CD format always selected) and insures I am kept up to date on each entries importance and use to produce the final return. Some confusion when accessing help: all references are to form 1040 while we file the 1040-SR which does not have the same format and length.
