The website would freeze and it would ask questions in circles where the website errored so much that i had to start from scratch to be able to go any further.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Quality Has Decreased, Price Increased It is frustrating that I was forced to pay $119 for Turbo Tax Live so that I could receive and $85 retirement plan discount, also you used to give the option to print and mail in state to save the cost of filing, I do not understand why this in no longer an option.
