Rated 5 out of 5 by from User Friendly I had been procrastinating because I thought it was going to be a difficult and lengthy process. I am pleased with how well TurboTax guided me through every step of the process and provided information along the way. I will stick with Turbo Tax, thank you!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from IDK man It did help me file my (pretty easy) taxes. But I had to bring my work computer home to do so because there is no Mac version. And, despite having used Quickbooks for business bookkeeping the whole time, the was... alas! almost no way to import the data, because I used Quickbooks Online, and this version of TurboTax only accepts data from Quickbooks Desktop. Truly one of the greatest mysteries of life, that Intuit products do not talk to each other. The program itself is a trip down nostalgia lane, bringing back memories of Windows XP. I am used to software acting more intelligent these days. This software acts dumb. Sure, it helps organize and automate some things, but it's easy to trip up by misusing the forward and back buttons. It told me I was totally done filing before my state returns were done instead of prompting me to print those once the federal ones were done. I really felt its limitations while using it. Not used to that these days. Quickbooks itself feels so slick; I was expecting something more like that. Yeah, I got my business taxes filed for $250, which is cheaper than hiring someone, and I'm grateful for that, but it really motivates me to not lose money next year so I can hire a person.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Software has some missing features & some bugs 1. No place to record Foreign Tax Credit 2. Even though 1099-B Received & Basis Reported to IRS was checked, ST & LT Capital Gain / Loss was reported incorrectly under Box C instead of Box A, and under Box F instead of Box D 3. Spent a LOT of time trying to correct this using Override, but then TT did not let me e-file. So, spent even more time Cancelling the Overrides None of this is good for such an expensive package
