Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best tax s/w ever! Easiest to use and I've used all the competitor's products. Great price point and great helps along the way. Would highly recommend to anyone who's reluctant to do their own taxes.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great (with one small exception) Turbo Tax was great and easy to use. When I needed a little customer support they were ready and able to help quickly. The only improvements I'd suggest would be, 1) to improve the chat box used to talk to customer service, the scroll bar or display kept jumping up to previous texts sent, making it a little difficult the keep chatting with the Tax helper; 2) at the end when paying I kept waiting for it to ask if I had a coupon to redeem, because I did have one I got in the mail, but it never did ask. It asked numerous times to upgrade my tax product but never asked if I had a coupon to use/redeem. Money is tight for me at the moment and I could have used that 30% off.

Amazing! They weren’t in any hurry to end the call. I think this has been the best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thanks TurboTax!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from You are making things difficult First and foremost, stop being so cheap in deleting a DVD format with our purchase. This couple with the fact that you do not provide a discount with the downloadable format leaves a sour taste with your loyal customers as myself.
