They explain things in a straightforward way and make my taxes a breeze! I do wish they did an inventory of my tax situation and generated a list of required tax documents from the beginning of the process. I got married this year and had to keep asking my husband for random documents. Knowing which ones we would need in advance would have made the process a little more smooth.
