TURBO TAX MAKES IT EASY ENOUGH TO NAVIGATE THROUGH THEIR SOFTWARE PROGRAM ON YOUR OWN TO GET IT DONE FAST AND EASY AND GET IT DONE RIGHT WITH A REFUND! THIS WAS OUR 8TH YEAR AND WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT. I WILL TELL YOU A LITTLE SECRET, I USED TO BE A TAX MANAGER FOR ANOTHER BIG TAX COMPANY AND TURBO TAX BEATS THEM FELLOWS HANDS DOWN.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax is getting worse by the year Outside of getting W2s, imports didn't work. I'd review sections that said "needs review", and they'd continue to say "needs review". I'd go to review a 1099, and when I clicked "Continue" I'd get scrolled to the top of the form for no reason, and would then have to scroll back down and hit "continue" again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from First Time TurboTax User It would have been helpful to know that the TurboTax preferred browser is Google Chrome. I spent 52 minutes on the phone just to pay for my state return using Microsoft Edge. Frustrated!
