Rated 2 out of 5 by from Worst year ever tying to use this system First I had trouble starting and continuing a return. Past years it picked up where I left off. his year I select the app and it gives me a few options: start a new return, continue on a return. Then it take me to a screen to sign in. Then it goes to some other screen tats tell me zilch. I finally y managed to file my fed,(e-file), but cannot seem to file or print state. I keeps asking e-file or save and later. No option to file state tax. I'm stuck and will have to call for support. Tech crew must have fell asleep at the wheel this year?
