Rated 5 out of 5 by from Got to use Turbo Tax it is great! Turbo tax takes you through each subject thoroughly, asking all the correct questions. It also gives you explanations at the bottom of the pages. It is convenient and has help sections if you need it. It also imports your forms if you like. Very organized and user friendly. Thus the positive review. Did my Taxes in about an hour and 1/2. I am a return user.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Went well until the efile return was rejected Efiled the Fed and State, Federal was rejected due to PIN entry. Got this info off the web, not able to get from TT. Checking my open return's efile status, shows rejected, I hit 'Fix-It' and nothing. Small blue choice says to 'Review Again', clicking that does nothing. Now I'm lost in how to fix it. Support is FAQ's and no help.
