Rated 2 out of 5 by from repeatedly asks same questions, won't show calcs I like the ease of uploading forms. That's about all. The program goes back to the same questions repeatedly, and though I could see the output was clearly wrong, I couldn't trace it back to the source.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 8 Years of Exceptional Service I've been using TurboTax for 8 years now, and can imagine filing anywhere else. It takes the complication and let's be frank, scariness out of filing taxes. The import features for my W-2 and brokerage accounts is an awesome feature, an the agent, Martha, was very helpful and assisted in helping with all of my questions. I will absolutely continue using TurboTax for all of my filings.
