However, I was given a service code from a TurboTax expert (4 codes actually) to discount the deluxe version, and they did not work. It was also unclear when checking out that the codes were not processed - I had to enter pay now before viewing the bill.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is easy and Outstanding Customer Service I thought I had entered some figures wrong, but was confused on the amendment process. Asked for an agent to call me, and when Scott called, not only did he help me figure out what I did wrong, he also found me another $800!!
