Rated 1 out of 5 by from Will not use again, will not recommend. Was told I would need W2c as we deferred social security. WE DID NOT. I wiped out return and started over to see if that would go away. I spoke with our HR people several times. Was not able to get any response from you until I went to file. At that point I was just told it is a glitch. I paid for a service that created WAY more work. I have used you for several years. If you have a glitch you should have emailed repeat customers to let us know of the glitch. You email us prior to the start of taxes many, many times. Terribly disappointed!!!!

He answered my question specifically and gave me very helpful advice. After speaking with Jeff, I was comfortable enough to proceed with filing my taxes.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Their error got my state filing rejected My state filing was rejected and it was due to an error in their software. Their remedy? Sorry! I will contact them one time and ask them to make this right financially. If they do not, I will think twice before giving them any more money for 2021
