While I found TurboTax frustrating as regards state income tax section (we don't have it in our state) when it insisted on my answering questions it would not let me answer! Finally had to get help with that and it was a fairly simple fix but nothing most people would figure out by themselves. She was kind and helpful, even when I YELLED AT HER! Thanks to her my taxes are done and filed!! And for the most part it was easy.
