The feature that combs through every tax credit and breaks available and having the chat right there for specific questions - just perfect. I was worried cause I did quite a bit last year financially, despite the pandemic, and wasn't sure how I was going to file taxes for all of it, but TurboTax just walked me through all of it from beginning to end,

They keep getting better and better as time moves on. They keep you up to date with all of the latest changes and updates happening in the world around us to make the filing process even easier.

When I was overwhelmed with the questions and terminology, multiple state returns, and a job change, I contacted an agent and she was more than helpful! She eased my stress and helped me fix all of the things I had filled out incorrectly.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to use i usually file with hrblock but this year they seemed to have a bunch of extra questions but they were pretty confusing with no good explanations or instructions. after trying and failing to get help i decided to try turbotax. it was super easy, explained everything and i was done in about an hour
