Rated 5 out of 5 by from GREAT FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE This was my first time using Turbo Tax. It was really easy to understand. I did have an error (my fault) transposing some numbers and Turbo Tax called me to tell me about the error. Great Customer Service!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Occasional Errors Hard to Fix My return last year was rejected. Visiting with your enrolled agents didn't help. I had to mail my return. Then the pandemic hit and my refund was delayed until I got my Senator to help. We'll see if my 2020 return is accepted.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great product Need a easier way to delete the state return. Finally had found out how from MFAQ’s but then after reviewing the federal it brought the state return back up three times. Not good to have to deal with that after going through the return process.
