Rated 3 out of 5 by from Forced to upgrade I've been using TurboTax for 6 years and have never had any problems. This year, everything was going smoothly. I had my usual documents and deductions, yet right before filing, the program forced me to upgrade to Premium because I claimed stock and bond investments, which I have had and claimed for years. This is the first time I couldn't select the level I needed (this is not to mention the price hikes over the last several years). I originally chose this program for its ease of DIY filing, so I find it almost discriminatory to charge me for the TYPE of information that I still had to manually input.
