I've mailed paper forms my whole life but the mail has become unreliable. Turbotax was very straight-forward for the most part and 2 phone calls with the experts got me through the rest. I like that I was able to fill out my taxes for free and then received recommendations on which payment level was right for me. Thank you for making my taxes so much easier this year.
