Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax for Business needs some help Long story short...Turbo Tax for Business only works on a PC and only works with QB Desktop. So I had to buy a PC and get the free 30 day trial of QB Desktop to make this all work. Had to import data from QB Online into QB Desktop, about a dozen steps, then import into the downloaded version off QB for Desktop onto a PC. I haven't owned a PC for a decade and figure that out. Just a reminder that TurboTax for Business is only for your business, it does not do personal returns. I used TurboTax Online Self Employeed so I could enter my K-1 into the personal tax return. I'm not sure what versions of Turbotax Online have the K-1 option.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I have used Turbo Tax for a number of years to do my taxes. It makes preparation and filing my taxes relatively easy. Last year there was some confusion around some of the stimulus payments. The instructions could have been clearer. This year went well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Review It is good program overall. It is difficult to access forms. Also I thought Stae filing was included but it is not. Shpould have that option. Also the cost of state downloads is too high.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Used TurboTax for 20 years, Will NEVER use again On 03/17/22 I see a TurboTax message that didn't show up till today. It says that TurboTax fails to print correctly, and that IRS scanners can't capture the data. Delays in processing returns are resulting. TurboTax advises users to create a PDF of their tax documents and then print the PDF for submission to IRS. Very, very disappointed. The user interface is crude this year compared to prior years. The guidance you thought you paid for...is weak this year compared to prior years.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Eh Took a few days longer than me filling myself. Needed previous taxes which was a pain. I did not like the interface of using the live thing. I always had to be in it and it took a whole to figure out what to select to get to what I needed. It seems very outdated. I dont like how I could not progress with reviewing my taxes because the message of submitting befor march 25th took the spot where I needed to press check it out. It took a long time and a lot of refreshing the page before I saw the prompt to review my taxes. And even then I had to press it within 2 seconds or that stupid submit before the 25th prompt came up and blocked the check it out button. All in all I will file myself next year. Not worth the hassle and time it takes

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax made taxes simple! TurboTax Live Full Service was the best fit for my needs this year. Robert, my tax expert, was friendly and thorough and took the time to answer all my questions. My tax status was more complex than in previous years, and Robert made the process simple and straightforward! Two things I would like to see from TurboTax moving forward are full disclosure of possible fees upfront, and a more detailed receipt for services (include discounts, tax, etc.). Grateful to Robert and TurboTax for helping me get my maximum credits and refund!
