Rated 2 out of 5 by from Charged for things they didn't used to Turbotax made it easy to file, but the amount they charged me almost wasn't worth it. I was forced to upgrade for one small item, and honestly it was very unclear what that item even was. Also they charged to file both federal and state. Since when did they charge just to file? I thought I was only supposed to pay for the Deluxe (that I was forced to upgrade to)?? Very disappointed with Turbotax this year.

Personally, I enjoy being able to file my taxes, on my own, straight from home! The website is very user friendly and helpful in providing additional information to the user when needed! I have used TurboTax for 3+ years and highly recommend them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can't do my taxes without TurboTax An amazing product that helps me file my taxes, from asking simple questions to find determine what's needed, linking to external accounts and automatically filing the form, and giving me more information if I'm curious about any details. It makes tax filing so much easier, and it's also great to know that there are higher tiers of the product that will help me even more in the future.
